Demonstrating a good level of resilience in a year made complex by the consequences of the pandemic, I-Tech has managed to adapt to the new context by rapidly implementing a series of services aimed at shortening and bridging the gap with the market.
Thanks to new digital technologies, the Sassuolo-based company led by Bruno Bettelli has made accessible new portals and platforms that allow constant interaction between its technicians and engineers and international customers. The goal is to guarantee assistance and support at every stage of the customer experience, including after-sales, making every activity simpler, more immediate and effective, even if remotely.
Each project is always developed internally thanks to a technical staff that has full knowledge of the process and is able to offer specific technical and commercial assistance before and after sales”.
The experience gained in the various industrial sectors allows I-Tech to guarantee the customer the creation of reliable and high-tech customized systems with a simple user interface. Thanks to the innovative algorithm contained in the management software, its dosing systems guarantee precision, extreme speed and repeatability of the process.
“Our systems are fully designed and tailored basing on the customer’s need, to bring a real increase in the efficiency and productivity of the entire printing process,” says Andrea Carandini, commercial director of the company. The goal of I-Tech, in fact, is to automate and digitize production processes in order to guarantee customers the maximum level of resource optimization and reduction of waste and margins of error in individual operations.
Intellytile BS is the new artificial vision system just launched by I-Tech for quality control and graphic recognition of large raw ceramic slabs up to a maximum size of 160 × 320 cm.
In fact, the Intellytile upgrade allows to detect mechanical defects (holes, cracks, chips), printing and graphics (stains, drops or decorative defects) on even higher surfaces, without the need for a continuous setup and significantly implementing production efficiency .
The software is in fact able to dynamically “learn” the type of graphics used, identifying the number of possible faces and adapting its algorithms to automatically detect any defects, guaranteeing considerable time savings for operators.
Designated by the Ministry of Economic Development as an Innovative SME, thanks to constant Research and Development, I-TECH srl, a company from Sassuolo that produces plants and machinery for the management of liquid products, today possesses knowledge and skills in various industrial sectors for which solutions are designed every day that represent high-impact models of innovation.
In the last two years alone, two industrial patent applications for process innovation have been filed and the registration of a trademark has been certified.
I-Tech has always been a precursor of technological innovation for industrial processes, while maintaining an industrial policy strongly oriented towards environmental sustainability. For this reason, more and more companies are choosing to rely on I-Tech by adopting a more efficient automatic ink transfer system.
The I-NKFILLER ™ system in fact guarantees economic and time savings by improving the quality of the final product, in complete protection of the environment. The elimination of the need for operator supervision during the entire process leads, in fact, to a drastic reduction in the margins of error relating to the transfer of liquids and consequently to product waste or environmental pollution.
I-Tech technology is confirmed abroad where it can boast an exclusive leadership position in particular in South Africa where, after Pegasus and Samca Floor, also Samca Wall and Gryphon have chosen the I-NKFILLER ™ system for their factories.
The new G.O.D. is also in operation. Glazes On Demand in the innovative and eco-sustainable plant of Ceramica Mariner S.p.a. of Roteglia. The I-Tech automatic transfer system for moving the glazing products from the preparation area to the area of use, is now also equipped with a further cutting-edge solution from I-Tech, namely the system for correction and addition of I-GLAZE glazes and engobes.
On Wednesday 8 July, the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting unanimously elected Paolo Mongardi (President of Sacmi) to lead the Association for the two-year period 2020-2022.
The three vice presidents were also elected with him: Paolo Lamberti (President of Tecnografica), with responsibility for innovation, Luca Bazzani (CEO of System Ceramics), with responsibility for promotional and exhibition activities and Bruno Bettelli (President and CEO of I-TECH) , with responsibility for associative marketing.
Bruno Bettelli, I-Tech Administrator “I think I can represent and give voice to those small and medium-sized businesses that represent 90% of Acimac’s associative fabric, but are not so involved in the life of the association.
We are moving towards a recovery that I imagine will be very, very slow, towards a period of difficulty and uncertainty “.
The circumstance forces us to rethink business models, adapting them to a changing market ».
And, Bettelli suggests, “creating a system, going beyond the oppositions”. And beyond outdated schematisms because, says Bettelli, “today, in this sea, not so much large fish and small fish swim, but rather fish, closes the Vice President of Acimac – which must go as fast as the global market goes”.
