L.I.M.E.s.
L.I.M.E.s. (Lean Industry Manufacturing Execution Software) is the advanced software developed by I-TECH for the company production management.
Thanks to the L.I.M.E.s. it will be possible to control the whole process through a personal computer suitably programmed for the bidirectional exchange with the various devices and machinery of the line. The software has the function of managing the plant and coordinating the machines of the various company areas by exchanging data and information with the other software in the plant. A total supervision of each activity with a considerable increase in the level of automation will guarantee a drastic reduction of errors with consequent reduction of corrections (use of raw materials) or further production phases.
It is designed to be interconnected with the factory information systems in order to manage in real time the product master data, recipes and production lists, production plans, orders, historical status of the machine’s operation or the historical alarm that can therefore be managed directly by the operator through OIT panels.
It is also designed to be integrated automatically with the logistic software or with the supply network and/or with other machines in the production cycle. Using the sensors/transducers present on the machines it is possible to collect real-time information on the status of the system (for example the level of stock of products in storage) in order to know which activities must be carried out in service of the machine itself (for example order raw materials for replenishment).
It is designed to be integrated with the product dosing and storage area in order to supervise the working conditions and process parameters. Using suitable sensor sets it is possible to monitor the storage of raw materials and the levels of the tanks and thanks to the supervision software it will be possible to keep under control the total consumption expected. In this way, the upstream tinting system will prepare the right quantities by limiting downtime, consumption and waste.
