PROMILL

PROMILL is the supervision software entirely developed by I-TECH in order to guarantee total visibility of the process in progress and of the various orders processed by the I-MILL system.

Thanks to this software it will be possible to automate and control the processes of any I-MILL system for grinding pigments and setting the recipes and the quantity of product to be ground according to your needs.

Through a series of sensors and transducers integrated on the machine it will be possible to acquire in real time the values ​​of the process variables (the inlet and outlet temperature of the water and the product, the product pressure, the coolant level, the agitator disc speed or the pump flow rate). Thanks to the intuitive interface, it is possible to monitor these factors also through graphics and images for a more complete and immediate reading of the process data.
